The "Fly Box" Tackle Shop has a  great selection of proven Alaskan fly patterns, and all the essential fishing gear needed to catch trophy fish in Alaska.  Our small, but well equipped fly shop is a must stop when planning your fishing vacation on the Kenai Peninsula.  We are blessed to have so many options for fishing here in Alaska, either on the ocean, lakes or rivers, the Fly Box provides bait, tackle and gear for all.  The Fly Box has a great collection of Alaskan fly patterns proven on the local rivers.   Located on the Sterling Highway in Anchor Point, near the Anchor River.  The rivers on the lower Kenai Peninsula offer an early summer King Salmon run, Rainbows, Dolly Varden, Silvers and incredible Steelhead fishing in the fall.   Fishing is always hot after Aug. 1st, when the entire Anchor River opens up, which makes for awesome fall fishing well into October.  Stop in for the latest fishing information, buy some new fly's and pick up some fire wood for the campsite.  RV's and trailers are welcome, easy in-and-out access with our pull through drive.
